Increase sales, improve efficiency and accuracy by using General Agent Centers’ (GAC) state-of-the-art website technology. Our website technology can be utilized through Agents who have internet access and are appointed by our Insurance Carrier(s). |

HOW TO REQUEST ACCESS |
Fill out the simplified form and click the submit button. At this point your request will be pended and GAC will respond within 2 business days with the Agent username/ password, and coded hyperlink. Either the agent or the consumer can access the web site using an agent-specific hyperlink which GAC will provide to the agent, or via a user id and pass word selected by the agent. Any insurance sold using the particular link or user id/pass word will be credited to the agent to whom the hyperlink or id/pass word has been assigned. The agent (and hierarchy) will receive the same commission as they would if they had sold the coverage in the "traditional paper" non-Internet way.

The recommended means of access is via the hyperlink, which the agent can;
(a) Place on his/her own agent website for a click-link to the GAC site
(b) E-mail to the consumer
(c) Give to the consumer in written form |

HOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS |
Once logged into the web site, the quoting and application process is self
explanatory. The consumer is asked to enter their zip code, gender, age, the quote will include all plan benefit options. The application for insurance can be generated by clicking "Apply." The applicant is asked to complete personal information, then information about their spouse and dependent children. The rest is completed via question-and-answer format. When the application has been successfully completed, the screen offers the payment options; credit card or automatic bank withdrawal.

Upon completion of the online process a thank you web page will appear. Based on the application submitted and plan applied for, it will include one of the following statements: |

Your application is approved (subject to receipt of the first month’s payment). Please use the link below to access your application and fulfillment documents. If you have trouble printing your documents, please contact GAC at 1-800-366-2467 or E-mail at newsales@gacquote.com and your documents will be mailed.
Once your first payment is processed, we will mail you a confirmation letter and the plan I.D. Cards.
The applicant will receive this notice if the application questions are all answered NO, and the other underwriting criteria is satisfied. Their link will have instructions on how to * download and print a copy of their application, fulfillment materials and based on the plan applied for, a Schedule of Benefits and Certificate of Insurance. |

Your application is being reviewed by our Underwriter. You will be notified via email within 24 hours if it has been approved or not accepted. If you have any questions, please call your agent or contact GAC at 1-800-366-2467 or email newsales@gacquote.com.
The applicant will receive this notice if the application has a YES answer to one of the questions, and or the other underwriting requirements are not satisfied. If approved, the rest of the process is the same as 1 above. |

Note :The Agent is emailed when the application is submitted and then again when it is approved or denied. |

Coverage is not considered in-force until you have been notified by
GAC, VBA or the appropriate Insurance Company. |
